DL44 Metal Pistol

The DL44 Metal Pistol, also stylized as the DL 44 Metal Pistol, was a type of blaster pistol used during the time of the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. It was a lighter version of the DL-44 XT, and was similar in design to the DL-44 heavy blaster pistol.

This blaster served as the lighter version of the DL-44 XT. Both were blaster pistols which closely resembled the DL-44 heavy blaster pistol. However, unlike a typical DL-44 blaster, the DL44 Metal Pistol featured a metal housing with a chrome finish. Furthermore, unlike the upgraded DL-44 XT version, the lighter DL44 Metal Pistol lacked some of the balancing weights, and it typically lacked the larger scope and barrel attachments.[1]
