Burr was a male Human Colonel of the reconstituted Sith Empire living during the Galactic War. Following the Battle of Rishi, he was part of Darth Marr's force that traveled to Yavin 4 and established the anti-Revanite coalition along with Galactic Republic forces under Jedi Master Satele Shan. There Burr engaged in a conversation with Captain Stroh of the Republic, a man who under normal circumstances would be his enemy.[1]
