The brilliant missile was a variety of homing missile capable of tracking its targets with such precision that it could be considered semi-sentient. The Vindicator XM-15 was one type of brilliant missile produced by Arakyd Industries. The Coalition of Automaton Rights Activists called the XM-15 an abomination, and the Mechanical Liberation Front tried to free a shipment of XM-15, but blew up a 25-kilometer radius of Havridam City on the planet New Bakstre, killing 14 activists.[1]
Brilliant missiles were known to be used by B3 ultra battle droids during the Clone Wars.[2][3]
