Batten was a human Imperial officer who served as a captain in the Galactic Empire during the Imperial Era.[1] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[2] Batten led an Imperial mission ordered by Emperor Sheev Palpatine to gather up everything within the Amaxine Station.[1]
