The Alliance Corps of Engineers was a division of the Rebel Alliance that specialized in engineering and construction. Under the command of Major Kem Monnon, the Corps was responsible for the construction of Echo Base on the planet Hoth, beginning construction in 1 ABY and finishing in 2 ABY.
