Exalted Ruler was a title that was used by Supreme Chairman of the Pantoran Assembly Chi Cho during the Clone Wars, shortly prior to his death during the One-Day War. Prior to the battle, Supreme Chairman Cho stated his position and title to Chieftain Thi-Sen during tense diplomacy to assert his claim that the planet Orto Plutonia belonged to Pantora.[1]
