Ethen Wessiri was a Human male citizen of the Galactic Republic during the Galactic War. Around 3640 BBY he was on Voss, where he discovered that the Gormak converted several monoliths in the Pelath-Ri Marches into the relay stations, allowing them to coordinate their attacks against the Republic. Ethen asked a Republic agent in the area to destroy those relay stations.[1]
