"If I could provide names…?"
"I can make arrangements, yes. Really, it's a pleasure to help."
"Senator Erashe. The aide to the chief courier, Raave Galdon. Ungol Ungrave, Senator Palok's chief of staff."

Erashe was a senator in the Galactic Empire's Imperial Senate.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] Hasalia Prederiko, the chief financial officer for the company General Trade Galactic and an agent of the Crymorah Syndicate, offered to temporarily prevent Imperial Intelligence from monitoring Senator Mon Mothma if she provided the names of other individuals for them to watch instead. Mothma later accepted the offer, and named Erash, as well as Senator Bail Organa, the aide Raave Galdon, and Ungol Ungrave, Senator Palok's chief of staff. Prederiko responded that the names she had listed may not be enough of a distraction, and Mothma provided another name, Senator Lud Marroi.[1]

Behind the scenes

Erashe was mentioned in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]

Instagram-Logo Rebecca Roanhorse (@rebeccaroanhorse) on Instagram (post): "Title and updated release date of my upcoming STAR WARS novel announced at SDCC. THE EDGE OF THE ABYSS takes place a year before Andor S1." (backup link) states that Edge of the Abyss takes place a year before the events of Andor Season 1, which are set in 5 BBY per the reasoning here. Therefore, the events of Edge of the Abyss must be set in 6 BBY, and the events of The Mask of Fear in 19 BBY.
