The Endorian carrot was a plant found on the moon Endor. While making a culinary tour of the galaxy[1] between 34 ABY and 35 ABY,[2] the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs ate a Bright Tree Village Salad that was made from endorian carrots during an festival that celebrated the Golden One. Chef Tuggs included a recipe for the salad in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook,[1] which was published in 35 ABY.[2]

Endorian carrots were mentioned as an ingredient in the Bright Tree Village Salad recipe in the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe recipe for the dish makes use of daikon radishes and carrots as the out-of-universe substitute for the ingredient.[1]
