Endor is A Lie was an Imperial propaganda poster created by Governor Ecressys[1] shortly after the Battle of Endor. It depicted Emperor Palpatine sitting ominously on his throne aboard the second Death Star and glaring towards the observer with glowing eyes, with the High Galactic font spelling out in red on top in all capitals "ENDOR IS A LIE," and in white at the bottom in all capitals "BELIEVE IT AT YOUR PERIL," with a smaller font below in red that stated "Long live Emperor Palpatine, long live the Galactic Empire" with the Imperial crest between the two statements.[2][1]
