Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine had private suites in the Imperial Palace, on the planet Coruscant. Those suites were decorated in red, and their design inspired that of the Emperor's receiving area aboard the second Death Star.[1]
