The emerald shark was a huge species of shark. Multiple emerald sharks were part of the rainbow-colored school of fish that dwelt within a central column of water in an aquarium located on[1] the Outer Rim Territories[2] planet Dubrillion[1] in 25 ABY.[3]

Emerald sharks were mentioned in Michael A. Stackpole's 2000 novel The New Jedi Order: Dark Tide II: Ruin, the second installment of the Dark Tide Duology and third volume overall in the Star Wars: The New Jedi Order series.[1]
