Elocin was an individual who lived during the reign of the Galactic Empire who operated a crew and ran a club. She also came to know the smugglers Lando Calrissian and Han Solo.[1] In 6 BBY,[2] Calrissian cheated Elocin out of credits and she told him she never wanted to see him again. Sometime later, she also ended on bad terms with Solo.[1] In 4 ABY,[2] in need of ten thousand credits to acquire the plans to the palace of Jabba the Hutt to rescue Solo, Calrissian visited Elocin's club and asked for her to loan him the money. After she refused, Calrissian offered to win the credits in a game of sabacc. Once the Wookiee Chewbacca agreed to her terms of joining her if she won, Elocin accepted Calrissian's offer of playing for the credits. During the match, the Galactic Empire arrived, having been led to the club by the Kajain'sa'Nikto Narin who knew of the Empire's bounty on Calirssian. She wielded both a DC-17 hand blaster and a DH-17 blaster pistol, during the ensuing skirmish. Elocin was taken captive by an Imperial officer, though Calrissian was able to save her from the officer. Afterwards, Elocin captured Narin and took his information regarding the plans to Jabba's Palace and sent it to the Millennium Falcon and informed Calrissian and Chewbacca.[1]
