Ellis Ruger

Ellis Ruger was a male Human Marshall who served the Galactic Republic during the Galactic War. Stationed on Belsavis, he was killed by an Imperial that was sent to end his activities against the Empire. When word of Ruger's death reached the Imperial Guard, Commander Calum rewarded the Imperial who had slain the Marshall.

Ellis is a NPC character in the Star Wars: The Old Republic. His fate can be decided two ways: Execute him with Warden Graal witnessing through a hologram (dark side option) or ransom him and demand that he be relieved of duty, to which Graal complies (light side option).
