Eelia was an individual who served aboard the Galactic Republic scout ship Spotrunner during the vessel's Deep Charting Expedition. Covan, who also served aboard the Spotrunner, and Eelia were infected and killed by the creature known as Mnggal-Mnggal. An individual recorded the pair's death in the Spotrunner's log.[1]
