A fleet was under the command of Imperial Navy Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart early during the Imperial Era. The fleet participated in the Imperial operation to withdraw all valuable assets from Kamino, and later destroyed major cities and facilities, including Tipoca City. The fleet consisted of more than three Venator-class Star Destroyers,^[1] including Rampart's flagship, the Venator designated VZ-114.^[2] The clone navigation officers aboard Ramparts vessels sported the insignia of the Open Circle Fleet.^[1]
