This article is about the molecular botanist. You may be looking for Eban Trey.

Eban was molecular botanist who belonged to a marsupial species. He once attended a Vector Day party organized by the Quenk jazz artist Mrp-Mrp Poo. At some point during the party, one of the segments of Tireis Blackandwhite—a female of a species that could divide herself into separate entities—wished to leave early in the company of the dashing Eban, which provoked an argument with her other segment. During the event, Eban proudly wore his ceremonial Helmet of Fourteen Confusions, which, according to journalist Dyslogia Twang, although it improved his looks, it caused him to break into impromptu speeches written in the 41st eon as he passed through radar detectors.[1]

Behind the scenes

Eban was mentioned in Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, a book published in 1993.[1] Lucasfilm employee Leland Chee, who maintains the Holocron continuity database, has indicated that information contained in the book is non-canonical.[2]
