E9-L4 was an astromech droid affiliated with the Sith Empire and stationed near the canyons of Ossus during the Invasion of Ossus.
Biography
The droid's primary programming was to inform other Imperial and Sith forces that some scrambled excavator droids posed a serious problem. The astromech droid suggested a reprogramming of these excavator droids as a solution for the Empire to utilize these for the ongoing Imperial operation.[1]
