The E-Web rifle was a portable version of the powerful E-Web heavy repeating blaster designed by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc. and manufactured by BlasTech Industries. It was used by Imperial snowtroopers during the Battle of Hoth.
Behind the scenes
The E-Web rifle appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. It was added to the game on November 20, 2008 as part of the Battle of Echo Base instance added with Chapter 11.
