The E-3 blaster was a type of blaster weapon used by the time of the Great Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. Former smuggler Zeerid Korr carried one in an ankle holster in place of his ordinary twin BlasTech 4 blasters[1] in 3653 BBY.[2] He later carried one on his farm on the planet Dantooine after he gave up smuggling, and had the blaster on him when a BT7 Thunderstrike vessel arrived at the location. Though Korr originally thought the ship was someone from the criminal organization the Exchange coming to kill him for not fulfilling his obligations to them, it was instead his friend, the Jedi Knight Aryn Leneer.[1]
