The droid transport carrier was a troop transport utilized by the Confederacy of Independent Systems' Droid Army[1] in 19 BBY.[2] The troop carrier was piloted by a single B1-Series battle droid, and could carry up to five battle droids—either B1-Series battle droids or B2 super battle droids—as passengers. The carrier also had a place to stow two E-5 blaster rifles, and had an armament of two cannons—one on each side of its front end. One droid transport carrier participated in the Battle of Kashyyyk during the Clone Wars against the Galactic Republic, alongside a Single Trooper Aerial Platform.[1]

Behind the scenes

The droid transport carrier was introduced in the 2007 LEGO set 7654 Droids Battle Pack.[1] It was identified by name in the LEGO store page for the set.[3]
