The Dreaming Waters was a body of water located to the north of the planet Quethold's Red City.[1] In 8 ABY,[2] the Quesoth bowlcarrier Trevik, who carried a bowl of nectar for the ruler of the city, the Queen of the Red, believed the sky looked odd one morning. As his eyes could not see through the mists rising from the Dreaming Waters, he could not determine if clouds were causing the phenomenon, which led him to believe that the Queen's ally, the Storm-hair warlord Nuso Esva, had made it look that way.[1]
