Dreadnaught-One, called D-One for short, was the first of six Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers used on Outbound Flight.

History

It came directly off of the Rendili StarDrive line for use on the project in 27 BBY. It was the command ship of the Outbound Flight and Captain Pakmillu's flagship.[1]

The ComOps Center or Combined Operations Center for Outbound Flight could be found aboard Dreadnaught-One. From this area, Captain Pakmillu had control over all six Dreadnaughts. Located just behind the bridge/monitor room complex, the ComOps Center stretched for thirty meters between the two main bow corridors.[1]

Jedi Master Jorus C'baoth's quarters were on Deck Three, Suite A-Four, with his former Padawan, Lorana Jinzler's quarters nearby. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker's quarters were on Deck Five, Suite A-Eight.[1]

While Outbound Flight crashed in the Redoubt, this Dreadnaught was the one that took the brunt of the impact during the ship's crash landing, killing Jinzler and the Chiss Syndic Thrass in the process.[1] The Dreadnaught remained untouched for fifty years until Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Skywalker went into it and discovered the corpses of Lorana Jinzler, Thrass, as well as Lorana's lightsaber.[3]
