During his lifetime, the crime lord Nok Drayen led a Crime Syndicate that destroyed the Rath Cartel and Vandelhelm Combine in the Syndicate Wars. Eventually, despite Drayen's good fortune, he was betrayed by one of his lieutenants, which motivated him to destroy his entire syndicate, excluding his personal Doctor Chelah and his daughter Risha.
