The Donderbus blaster pistol was a model of blaster pistol favored by members of the Kanjiklub.[1] However, members of the criminal organization often preferred rifles due to the rifles' superior firepower. As a result, this was not the primary weapon of choice for the members of Kanjiklub who confronted Han Solo[2] in 34 ABY.[3]
History
Peli Motto wields her donderbus
Tatooine mechanic Peli Motto owned a wide-bore donderbus blaster pistol which had a wide barrel, similar in appearance to[4] a Jawa ionization blaster.[5] Motto used the weapon[6] in 9 ABY[3] while hunting a womp rat that had made its way into the hangar she operated, Mos Eisley docking bay 3-5. However, her comrade, the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin, appeared and took care of the problem for her.[6] In 34 ABY,[3] Kanjiklub Topboss Tasu Leech owned a Donderbus blaster that had a bell mounted on the blaster to increase the bolt spread, a flexorcord assembly, and kintan strider on the handle.[2]
