Doaki spice was a type of spice that was green when fresh. During a brawl on[1] the Core Worlds planet[2] Corellia, the veteran bounty hunter Dengar claimed his opponent, the bounty hunter Mercurial Swift, was an amateur by taunting that he was as green as fresh doaki spice.[1]

Doaki spice was mentioned in Aftermath, a 2015 novel written by Chuck Wendig as the first installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.[1]
