District 1327, best known as Breaktown, was a district on the planet Zakuul ruled by corruption and torment of weak by the strong.

Kaliyo Djannis in Breaktown

Located below the Old World, Breaktown was the lowest level of Zakuul's urban sprawl. It was a ruined urban wasteland inhabited by outcasts who had fled the authority of the Eternal Empire. They formed a society ruled by criminals and totally independent to the rest of the planet.[3]

History

During the War against Zakuul, Breaktown was mostly controlled by the Heralds of Zildrog, cultists of a mything serpent-god Zildrog, led by The Exalted. The Outlander visited Breaktown twice: in the company of Senya Tirall while looking for the Lady of Sorrows in 3631 BBY,[1] and in the company of Kaliyo Djannis while planting explosives at the power junctions in 3630 BBY.[2]

Breaktown appears in Star Wars: The Old Republic: Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion, released with Update 4.0.[1]
