A disruption bubble unit was an integral part of an individual field disruptor. Units such as the Evasive-13 had two disruption bubble units each located within a projection shell. When the shells were slid away from the central power cell, the disruption bubble units were activated and enveloped the wearer in a personal energy field.[1]
