The Diophos Spur was a hyperlane located in the Outer Rim Territories that included the planet Arbooine,[3] which it connected to the more widely-known Corellian Run. The route was little-used, though came to the attention of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. By this period, the route led into Separatist space, and the Republic intended on utilizing Arbooine as a staging point into Separatist territory until battle lines shifted.[2]
