Dilpram was a Chiss female and biological scientist who lived on the Chiss Ascendancy planet Naporar with her husband, Lakbulbup.[1] In 18 BBY,[2] Lakbulbup's cousin, Xodlak'phr'ooa, core name "Lakphro," from the planet Celwis, sent the couple a nyix brooch given to him by Haplif of the Agbui for analysis as having it analyzed on Celwis was too risky. Although Dilpram worked in a biological laboratory, Lakphro hoped she would be able to send the brooch to a metallurgist. However, the brooch was instead sent to Chiss Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo "Thrawn," renowned for his ability to analyze alien artwork.[1]
