The Diligent was a Star Destroyer in the Imperial Navy that,[1] in 5 ABY,[2] traveled from the planet Ryloth to join the Imperial forces on the planet Jakku. This was in order to fight against the New Republic in the Battle of Jakku, under the command of Counselor to the Empire Gallius Rax.[1]
