Devlin was a male Nautolan Captain of the Galactic Republic living during the Galactic War. Around 3641 BBY Devlin was in command of the First Recon, a unit that participated in the Invasion of Belsavis. They went on to investigate the Deep caverns in The Tomb, but most of the soldiers were overrrun and captured by the Esh-kha. Devlin himself escape imprisonment and managed to convinced a Republic agent in the area to rescue his men.[1]
