Delia Visi was a female Human terrorist. In 1 ABY, she was involved in the "Rori Incident" bombing of an Imperial military facility in the Naboo system and as a result became one of the Bounty Hunters' Guild's top 10 most wanted fugitives. An unknown bounty hunter tracked her down and killed her.
