The Defense Fleet General Orders were a set of orders in the Chiss Ascendancy's Defense Fleet that stated that strategy, tactics, and weaponry was not to be discussed with Chiss sky-walker navigators.[2] During the Lioaoin skirmish, Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov, core name "Thalias," disregarded the orders when she explained the breacher missiles and triangulation observation areas aboard the Expansionary Defense Fleet vessel Springhawk to sky-walker Che'ri.[1]
