Decapitator disk

Decapitator disks were a bladed throwing-weapon used by the Maladian assassins around 52 BBY. In the attack against Plagueis, a decapitator disk severed Plagueis of the right side of his jaw and neck, his trachea, and many blood vessels. After the attack Plagueis was required to wear a Transpirator for the rest of his life to breathe.
