Deathsnakes were a species of animal. The Human thief Sienn Sconn's use of a unique extendible stun staff to quickly strike and disarm an Imperial Stormtrooper was compared to striking like a steel deathsnake while he was on the planet Venaari.[1]
Behind the scenes
Deathsnakes were first mentioned in the short story One of a kind which was written by Paul Danner and originally published in Star Wars Adventure Journal 5 in 1995, later being released as a Hyperspace article in 2004.
