"Dash-1044 isn't responding, Sir. Nor is Nin—I mean, Dash-1129."
―A clone sergeant, to Plo Koon[3]

Dash-1129 was a clone trooper and member of the Grand Army of the Republic's Wolfpack squad who fought during the Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. They served during a mission to the planet Malastare led by Jedi General Plo Koon and Jedi Commander Ahsoka Tano to investigate the Separatist's presence. While on the planet, Dash-1129 and fellow clone trooper Dash-1044 were killed by primitive Dugs. Their dead bodies, hung in the trees, were eventually spotted by Tano.

Dash-1129, who went by a nickname beginning with "Nin," was a male clone trooper who served in the Grand Army of the Republic's Wolfpack squad during the Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[3] They were created on the planet Kamino from the clone template of the bounty hunter Jango Fett.[1]

At some point between 22 BBY and 20 BBY,[2] Republic Intelligence tracked several heavily-cloaked BX-series droid commando shuttles to[3] the planet[4] Malastare. Dash-1129 took part in a mission to Malastare led by Jedi General Plo Koon and[3] Jedi Commander[5] Ahsoka Tano to investigate the Separatists' presence on the planet. As the group approached the planet's surface aboard an LAAT gunship, they were shot out of the sky by Separatist forces.[3]

With everyone surviving the crash, Dash-1129 and the rest of the group set out to locate the droid encampment. As they got closer, a clone commander ordered the troopers to spread out and surround the encampment. Unbeknownst to the group, they were being watched by primitive members of the Dug species. While the group began to spread out, Dash-1129 and fellow clone trooper Dash-1044 were killed by Dugs and hung in the trees. After their deaths, their clone sergeant attempted to contact them. Getting no response, the sergeant informed Koon about the situation just as Tano spotted their bodies dangling from the trees. Realizing that it was not the work of droids, Koon ordered the rest of the troops to stay on guard.[3]

Personality and traits

As a clone of Jango Fett, Dash-1129 had tan skin and a height of 1.83 meters.[1] They also had black hair.[3]

Equipment

Dash-1129 wore Phase I clone trooper armor.[3]
