Darth Pharov was a female Sith Pureblood who served the reconstituted Sith Empire during the third Galactic War. She participated and died in the Invasion of Ossus.[2]

Darth Pharov first appeared in Patch 5.10.0 "Jedi Under Siege" of Star Wars: The Old Republic as a hostile NPC on the Republic side with the title "Imperial Commander".
