Around 3712 BBY, the Sith Lord Darth Ikoral embarked on an expedition to find more Sith pureblood colonies. A staunch believer in the purity of Sith blood, Ikoral took a number of purebloods with him aboard his flagship Red Reaper.[1] After Darth Ikoral's fleet went missing and the Sith Lord was presumed dead,[2] Ikoral returned seventy years after his fleet first set off and attacked both the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic.[1]
