Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Lothal campaign, the ISD Dark Omen was the lead warship of a squadron of Star Destroyers from Grand Admiral Thrawn's Seventh Fleet.[1] The Battle of Atollon began when Grand Admiral Thrawn ordered Admiral Kassius Konstantine to deploy the fleet to the planet Atollon ahead of Thrawn's ISD Chimaera.[2] This force included the squadron of five Star Destroyers that Dark Omen led, as well as two Interdictor-class heavy cruisers[1] and two Arquitens-class command cruisers. The Seventh Fleet's forces attacked the Rebel Alliance naval contingent above Atollon before the Chimaera's arrival. The Battle of Atollon resulted in an Imperial victory, though a number of rebel ships ultimately managed to escape.[2]
