The Dark Eclipse was a Warlord Heavy Cruiser used by the Black Sun during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, it operated in the Dathomir system[1] and later in the Bright Jewel system where it was spotted together with a group of Black Sun starfighters.[4] In 1 ABY,[3] the ship attacked a Nova Orion freighter in the Corellian system.[5] The Dark Eclipse was destroyed later the same year.[2]

The Dark Eclipse appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[6] The Dark Eclipse could originally be found in the Dathomir system.[1] The ship was added to the Bright Jewel system with the release of the "Chapter 8,"[4] on January 15, 2008,[7]
