Damask Holdings superspire

The Damask Holdings superspire was the headquarters of Damask Holdings, the clandestine financial group founded by Hego Damask, a Muun who was secretly the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Plagueis, and who used the group to advance his political influence in galactic politics with the ultimate goal of Sith dominion. Located in the city of Harnaidan on the planet Muunilinst, the skyscraper, one of Harnaidan's most magnificent, was acquired by Damask Holdings by 115 BBY, and housed the company's twice-weekly meetings in the two-hundredth floor boardroom for at least 50 standard years.

Description

Although smaller than the superspires used by the InterGalactic Banking Clan, the Damask superspire was constructed close to the largest geothermal lake in Harnaidan, which had been incorporated into the property as an exclusive spa. The boardroom used by Damask Holdings for its twice-weekly board meetings was located on a setback of the two-hundredth floor. From there, the chief officers and executives of Damask Holdings had a view of the lake and surrounding hot springs.^[2]

History

By 115 BBY,^[1] Damask Holdings acquired one of Harnaidan's most magnificent superspires. The building was used for the company's twice-weekly meetings over at least the next five decades.^[2]

In 67 BBY, after that year's Gathering, the issue of Naboo's plasma reserves was discussed in a board meeting.^[2]

Hego Damask continued to run the company until 52 BBY, when all members except himself were killed in an attack at the Lodge of the Order of the Canted Circle during Larsh Hill's initiation ceremony. The group was not re-formed, and Damask withdrew from galactic affairs to devote his time to the manipulation of midi-chlorians in his Aborah laboratory, although Gatherings continued to be hosted until 43 BBY.^[2]
