Daltist Se'gen was a Twi'lek male rancher and resident of Kessan's Landing on Ord Mantell during the Third Galactic War. During the Mantellian uprising, he was attacked by Hidden Chain poachers who were rustling his gapillian grazers. Unable to do anything about the poachers himself, he asked an individual to recover the grazers that had been stolen, which they did.[1]
