Dakarai Blirr, the Human male brother of Sadiki Blirr, was the operations officer and designer of the Cog Hive Seven prison. He masqueraded as the Twi'lek male Zero while secretly serving the arms dealer Iram Radique, who surreptitiously operated out of the prison. Blirr used his alter ego Zero to interact with the inmates while smuggling in parts for Radique. He was later killed by an inmate named Coyle after Radique discovered his true identity.
