Dak Williks was a Human male who served the Citizens' Militia during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. Living on Tatooine, he tasked a Republic spacer to help him slow the attacks on the local settlements by entering the camps of the Sand People and cutting down their numbers.[1]
