Dain Pax was a Human male Chirq Council sub-councilor who lived on Corellia during the Galactic Civil War.
Biography
- "Two Chirq Council members are being trained to extend the reach of the Chirq Council by starting chapters in Bela Vistal and Vreni Island. They must be stopped before that can happen."
- ―Agent Solso, to a spacer
Dain Pax was a member of the criminal organization known as the Chirq Council. After the Battle of Yavin, sub-councilors Dain Pax and Tettsel Anker were trained in the Second Elite Council Bunker, near the city of Doaba Guerfel, in order to start new Chirq Council chapters in Bela Vistal and Vreni Island.[2]
In 1 ABY,[1] the Corellian Security Force started an investigation against the Chirq Council following the increase of ryll traffic on Corellia.[3] Captain Vitala Baize successfully infiltrated a CorSec agent within the organization. Assuming the identity of the Chirq Council member Trins Evnar, the CorSec agent managed to infiltrate Jzoro Quanera's Chirq Council chapter in Doaba Guerfel. From Jzoro Quanera's database, the CorSec obtained the identity of the nine elite councilors and the locations of their secret headquarters.[4] The CorSec later assaulted the First and the Second Elite Council Bunkers.[5] During the raid on the Second Elite Council Bunker, Agent Chun Solso was tasked to prevent Dain Pax and Tettsel Anker's attempt to extend the reach of the Chirq Council in Bela Vistal and Vreni Island. Agent Solso thus hired an independent spacer who previously worked for the CorSec to help him in his mission. The spacer fought and managed to kill the two sub-councilors.[2] Eventually, the Chirq Council splintered after the Chirq Council elite councilors were killed by the CorSec in the Elite Council Bunkers.[5]

Notes and references
- ↑ 1.0 1.1 The opening crawl of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided dates the game to after the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, and additionally, Serji-X Arrogantus, who died in Star Wars (1977) 10—the events of which The New Essential Chronology dates to 0 ABY—appears in the game. Therefore, at least a portion of Star Wars Galaxies must be set in that year. Furthermore, in the game Ruwan Tokai references the destruction of the Death Star as having occurred one year earlier, and Strongholds of Resistance also places the events of Galaxies' Chapter 9: "The Fury of Exar Kun" in 1 ABY. Lastly, while Chapter 11: "The Battle of Echo Base" features the Battle of Hoth—dated to 3 ABY by The New Essential Chronology—the developers have stated that the portrayal of that battle in the game is intentionally anachronistic. Therefore, the events of Star Wars Galaxies must span from 0 ABY to around 1 ABY.
