Daclo Koat-xi

Commander Daclo Koat-xi was an officer assigned to the New Republic's Intelligence Operations Command. Koat-xi commanded one of the three field command teams reporting to Brigadier Colin Darkmere following Operation Shadow Hand.^[1]
