Cylo Directive

The Cylo Directive was a subdivision within the Tarkin Initiative, a secret think tank within the Galactic Empire.^[4] It was headed by Doctor Cylo, who specialized with cybernetics. Cylo envisioned a society with advanced cyborgs and without the Force.^[2]
