The Crystal Forest was a formation on the planet of Samaria. It was a large expanse of crystallized trees that had formed when the planet was still cold and covered in ice. Although the region was a popular tourist attraction, for the most part, it was still barren and wild, devoid of animals.
In 18 BBY, street kid Trever Flume and resistance organizer Flame met up in the Crystal Forest, where Trever narrowly escaped being killed by stormtroopers.
