Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary states that Poe Dameron began leading Black Squadron two years before Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates to 34 ABY. Therefore, the earliest that Poe Dameron Annual 2 can be set is 32 ABY, and the Mission to Twon Ketee takes place between this year and 34 ABY.
